Anna White & Clam Jamm'

From a small island in the Gulf of Mexico called Cedar Key, comes a sound as unique as the musicians who make it. A place where commercial Fishing, clam farming and barefeet is a heritage and a way of life and Clam Jamm' is the sound.
Each of the four members blend into the music like like waves melting into the sand. When listening to their songs you'll feel like you can actually smell the salt in the air they breathe. Josh Calvert, Benjamin Bainbridge, Daniel Bainbridge and Anna White are the elements of the Clam Jamm' sound.
Joshua Calvert is 24 years old . He was born into an island legacy of clam farming, music making, and as a part of the openess of his parents minds. Through his free spirit comes a dedication to simple pleasures. For Josh pleasure is putting words to music which rhyme and make songs. He is a gifted writer and musician. He is the percussion in Clam Jamm' and the feeling of the gulf breeze.
Benjamin and Daniel Bainbridge are twins of 16 years. Although they may look identical they were encouraged to grow as individuals. Their gift of music was granted long before they were ever born. It began on the day their parents met. Through their mom comes the light in their eyes that shines in the making of a joyful sound. Through their dad comes the variety of instruments which he brought into their lives. At the same time instilling in each of them a dedication and appreciation for all styles of music. They have been growing up in the slow pace of the island life. Each sharing strong faith and values, excellent grades and enjoyment of sports. They are individual elements in the making of the Clam Jamm' sound. Daniel plays the guitar and gives the feeling of the steady palm. Benjamin plays the mandolin and the cello and reflects the clearness of the sky.
Anna White or Miss Anna, as the other band members respectfully call her, plays the guitar and mandolin. She is a singer-songwriter. She is also a clam farmer and a mother of seven children. She has gathered the Clam Jamm' sound together with songs written on her guitar and with sand on her paper. She is the warmth of the sun and as timeless as the ocean.
So true to life , you can taste the sound..Clam Jamm'
